The Team

At the helm of Konig Meat & Sausage Company are two co-owners, Michael Hecken and Craig McGowan. Michael, a seasoned butcher, studied his craft in Germany and brought his expertise to Canada. His passion for his work is evident in every expertly crafted sausage and custom-cut meat. Craig, with his diverse background in the food service and tourism industry, brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction to the table.
