The Konig Meat & Sausage Company is a locally owned deli/butcher shop that produces many of its products right here in its shop. Located in Invermere, BC, the company uses traditional old world European techniques while employing modern equipment and safety guidelines to produce some of the highest quality, award-winning sausage in the area. As a lunchtime gathering place, the company offers a wide assortment of sausages, groceries, and deli products, as well as custom cut and wrap services for local farmers and small livestock producers. In addition, it processes wild game for local sportsmen and hunters from September to December.
