Services
We offer a wide range of services, including consultation, assessment, and treatment. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether it's addressing learning and school-based issues, neurodevelopmental concerns, or mental health issues. We also provide specialized services for youth and adults involved in the criminal justice system.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Learning and School-based issues: academic challenges, attentional difficulties, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Neurodevelopmental concerns: Tourette's Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and adaptive functioning
- Social and Emotional functioning: difficulties with relationships, communication, and emotion regulation
- Mental Health issues: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder
- Treatment for Pre-school age children, school age children, adolescents, and adults
Approach to Treatment
Our approach to treatment is integrative and individualized, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each individual. We incorporate evidence-based practices and empircally validated models into our treatment approach. We also recognize the importance of cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
Consultation
We offer consultation services to schools, agencies, and professionals, providing expert advice and guidance to support their work.
Fees
Many extended health insurance plans cover all or most of the cost of services provided by a registered practitioner. Psychological service fees may also be claimed on your income tax. Please note that OHIP does not cover psychological services.
