At EO HomeCare, we take the screening process seriously. Our unique four-phase screening process ensures that our candidates are thoroughly vetted and qualified for a position. Our process includes:

1. Phone interview: Each candidate is interviewed over the phone to assess their experience, skills, and personality.

2. Personal interview: Candidates who pass the phone interview are invited to meet with a placement coordinator to discuss their qualifications and interests.

3. Verification and reference checks: We verify candidates' qualifications, check references, and conduct police checks to ensure that our candidates are trustworthy and qualified.

4. Final interview: Candidates who have passed the previous stages are invited to meet with you to discuss their qualifications and suitability for your family's needs.

Our Guarantee to You

At EO HomeCare, we're committed to matching you with the perfect caregiver for your family. If the caregiver you hire doesn't work out, we offer a 3-month guarantee for local caregivers and a 6-month guarantee for foreign-sponsored nannies.
