Our experienced and registered clinical social worker, Nicole Gillis-Copping, has been dedicated to helping others for over 18 years, with a focus on establishing trusting therapeutic relationships and achieving results.

Our doors are open to individuals, couples, families, and children aged 7 and above, including those seeking support with issues such as self-esteem, anger management, domestic abuse, or stress. Our Approach
At Solace Counselling, we employ a variety of clinical approaches, including client-centered and empowerment-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma therapy, including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). We carefully tailor our approach to each individual's unique needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
