Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing top-notch insurance and real estate services to our clients. Our History
The business was originally established by Albert Wareham and operated under the name of Wareham Agencies. Over the years, the business has undergone changes, with Albert's son, Martin "Matt" Wareham, taking over in 1951. After Matt's untimely death in 1972, his brother Wayne Wareham continued to operate the business. In 1976, Wayne Wareham and Morley McConnell (Stratford Agencies) formed "Way-Mor Agencies Ltd". Today, the business is owned by Kent Wareham, the fourth generation of the Wareham family to operate the insurance and real estate business, with Tracy (Wareham) Roulette as the office's Real Estate Broker.

Our Offices
We have two convenient locations to serve you: our Rivers office and our Oak River office. Our Rivers office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our Oak River office is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We look forward to serving you!
