Unsatisfactory Experience

According to the reviewer, the company installed cheap furnaces and cabinets, making a mockery of the premium quality displayed in their showrooms. The situation further deteriorated when they replaced these low-grade items with even cheaper alternatives.
Poor Quality and Exorbitant Costs

They had to pay over $5,000 for each unit to replace the cabinets and furnaces, which were installed incorrectly. Moreover, the reviewer had to set aside an additional $10,000 to repair or replace other faulty components, including the furnace and parking leak issues.
