At Life Growth Mental Health (LGMH), we work to foster recovery, well-being, and hope for those living with mental health issues by providing a combination of services, treatment, and support. Our staff provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to address their addiction and mental health concerns. We offer a range of programs and services, including addiction treatment, counseling, and support groups. Our goal is to help individuals achieve long-term recovery and success. We are a non-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, South East Local Health Integration Network, and are a United Way member agency.
