Our specialty is dry aged beef, which has been hung for several weeks to allow the beef's natural enzymes to break down the muscle tissue, producing a gamier, heightened flavor and tender texture. Our store also features hormone and antibiotic-free meats and free-range, air-chilled chicken, as well as a variety of premium meats, including Ontario lamb, Ontario white and red veal, Berkshire pork, and a range of game meats like boar, red deer and venison.
