The Chung Won Institute of Taekwondo is a family-owned and operated martial arts academy established in 1980. We offer classes in Taekwondo, Haidong Gumdo, and Sorim Tai Chi, as well as an afterschool program for children. Our philosophy is that martial arts are a way of life that enables students to achieve their full potential, both mentally and physically. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a specially designed program that will help you improve your energy levels, flexibility, and overall health. We also offer Snoopy Day Care, an afterschool program for children between the ages of 5 and 12.
