Sales and Customer Service
Author Joey Shaw, who gave a 5-star rating, had an excellent experience with the sales team at the Oshawa store, where there was no pressure to buy. He also praised the installation team for their professionalism and assistance with setting up his hot tub.
Another customer, Philip Chao, also rated the service 5 stars and was thrilled with the fast delivery and customer service after an initial mix-up with his order.
However, not all experiences were positive. Cindy Delahunt, who rated her experience with 1 star, had numerous issues with her hot tub and found the customer service department unhelpful and unreliable. Andrew McCuaig, also rating his experience with 1 star, had difficulties with the service department and was not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Product Quality
Amanda Robinson, who gave a 1-star rating, experienced overheating issues with her hot tub, despite numerous service visits and part replacements. Linda Hampson, also rating her experience with 1 star, had problems with her hot tub pump and was not satisfied with the service provided by the Hot Tub People.
