Installation

Our professional installation team is dedicated to providing top-notch service from start to finish. Before installation, we measure your space and create a plan that takes into account any specific requirements, such as doorframe adjustments or directional nap in carpets. We deliver all products at least 48 hours before installation to ensure acclimation for wood flooring. Our installers will work around your schedule to ensure a convenient and stress-free installation process.

Tips for a Successful Installation

To ensure a smooth and successful installation, please follow these guidelines:

• Clear all furniture, furnishings, and appliances from the area
• Appliances with natural or propane gas should be shut off and turned back on by a licensed professional after installation
• Remove and dispose of old flooring (unless removal is part of our agreement)
• Arrange an area for the installers to work
• Keep children and pets away from the work area
• Ensure electricity is available, and in cold weather, the area should be at least 65 degrees
