My Story

My own journey to becoming a psychotherapist is rooted in my own personal experiences and relationships. As a couple, my husband and I entered into counseling, which ultimately changed the way we communicated with each other and our children. This experience not only deepened my understanding of the importance of relationships but also inspired me to pursue a career in psychotherapy.

I draw inspiration from some of the greatest mentors in the field, including Dr. Albert Ellis, Dr. Harville Hendrix, Dr. Sue Johnson, and Terence Real, who have nurtured my passion for this work.

Relational Life Therapy

In 2017, I completed extensive training with Terry Real in his Unconventional Approach to Relational Life Therapy. This training has equipped me with the skills to guide clients in sustaining and achieving their relational goals.
