We are a registered non-profit charity dedicated to providing help, hope, and healing to individuals and families in the Niagara Region and surrounding communities. For over 35 years, we have been committed to providing low-fee counselling services, support, and resources to those in need. Our mission is to care for the emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being of those we serve.
Our Services and Programs
At Niagara Life Centre, we offer a range of services and programs designed to support individuals and families in overcoming life's challenges. From anxiety and grief to relationships and coping with holidays, our counseling services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Some of the services we offer include:
- Anxiety Interrupted: A program designed to help individuals overcome anxiety and find peace in a chaotic world.
- GriefShare: A support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
- Healthy Relationships: A program aimed at helping individuals build and maintain healthy relationships.
- Surviving the Holidays: A program designed to offer support and guidance during the holiday season.
Upcoming Events
We are excited to announce our upcoming events, which include our annual Walk & Run, BBQ at Sunshine, Coin Campaign, and Banquet. These events provide an opportunity for our community to come together, build connections, and support our mission to provide help, hope, and healing.
How You Can Help
If you would like to support our mission, we have several ways for you to get involved. You can make a one-time donation, join our Care-holder program, or participate in our Coin Campaign. You can also donate your vehicle to our partner organization, Donate a Car Canada.
