Services
Custom Foot Orthotics
Custom-designed foot orthotics address biomechanical imbalances and alleviate pain from structural abnormalities. Our certified pedorthists create personalized solutions using advanced assessment techniques. These devices help redistribute pressure, correct gait abnormalities, and improve overall foot function for long-term comfort.
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehabilitation programs target musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility and quality of life. Our approach combines manual therapy with customized treatment plans. We work with physician referrals to address post-injury recovery and chronic condition management through evidence-based techniques.
Pedorthic Assessments
Detailed biomechanical assessments evaluate foot structure and function in both seated and standing positions. Our experts analyze gait patterns, pressure distribution, and structural abnormalities. This assessment forms the foundation for recommending appropriate footwear modifications and orthotic interventions.
Footwear Modifications
Specialized footwear modifications address specific foot conditions and mobility challenges. Our team implements solutions like sole lifts, rocker soles, and pressure redistribution patches. These adaptations improve comfort and functionality for individuals with complex foot conditions or biomechanical imbalances.
Biomechanical Analysis
Advanced biomechanical analysis identifies movement patterns contributing to foot and lower limb pain. We assess factors like overpronation, supination, and gait irregularities. This analysis informs customized treatment strategies that address the root causes of musculoskeletal discomfort.

Questions
How do I know if I need a pedorthist?
If you experience foot pain, circulation issues, or mobility limitations due to injury or medical conditions, a pedorthist can help. We recommend consulting your physician for referral if you have persistent foot-related concerns.
How do I schedule an appointment?
A physician referral is required for all treatments. Once you receive a prescription from your doctor, contact us directly to book your initial assessment at our Halifax clinic.
Does insurance cover your services?
Most extended health plans cover our services. Payment is required at time of service, with reimbursement claims submitted to your provider. Coverage includes government programs and motor vehicle accident insurance.
What products do you offer?
We provide custom orthotics, orthopaedic bracing, medical footwear, and related supplies. Our staff can special order hard-to-find items to meet specific patient needs through our professional channels.
Why choose your clinic over retail stores?
Our certified professionals offer expert assessment, precise measurements, and proper fitting techniques unavailable at general retailers. We provide personalized recommendations based on medical evaluations rather than generic solutions.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments without prior notice incur a cancellation fee. Most products are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
