Reviews
Negative: The reviewers have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the league's management, citing poor treatment of volunteers and coaches, lack of accountability, and inadequate response to concerns.

Poor Experience with the League

Treatment of Volunteers and Coaches

The reviewers express disappointment and frustration with the way volunteers and coaches are treated by the league. They are not valued or respected, and are often blamed for issues that arise during games.

Lack of Accountability

The referees are given the benefit of the doubt, even when they make mistakes. This lack of accountability leads to unfair treatment of players and coaches, and can result in unsafe situations.

Inadequate Response to Concerns

When concerns are raised, they are often dismissed or ignored. The league does not take ownership of issues, and instead passes the buck from one person to another.

Examples of Poor Management

One reviewer shares a personal experience where their son was injured during a game, and the referee ignored the situation. The coach who tried to help the injured player was penalized and ejected from the game. This incident resulted in the coach being suspended for several games.
