As Kitchener-Waterloo's longest standing gymnastics club owned by gymnastics professionals, we offer a complete range of Recreational Programs for boys and girls, and a world-class Competitive Gymnastics program.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest equipment and technology, ensuring our athletes have access to the best resources available. Our experienced and certified coaches are dedicated to providing personalized attention and guidance to each athlete, helping them to reach their full potential.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of programs and services to cater to the needs of children of all ages and skill levels. Our Recreational Programs include Toddler Programs, Pre-School Programs, Girls Recreational, Boys Recreational, Trampoline and Tumbling, Advanced Recreational, and Open Gym. We also offer Private Lessons for those who require extra attention and coaching.

For our competitive athletes, we have a world-class Competitive Gymnastics program that includes Excel Teams, Super Boys, Progressive Teams, and Invitational Teams. Our Competitive Program is designed to challenge and develop our athletes to their full potential, preparing them for provincial, national, and international competitions.

Our Facilities

Our modern and bright facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including an in-ground foam pit, full-size in-ground trampoline, brand new trampoline bed, modern vaulting table, Air-O-Board, and much more. We also have a designated area for birthday parties and events, making us the perfect venue for your child's special day.
