Our Story
United Family Martial Arts has been an integral part of the community since 1991. Our mission is to build strong families, enrich the lives of our children, build strong communities, and develop tomorrow's leaders, today. We strive to instill the very best in each of our students and their families, and feel it is important to build champions both within the martial arts and in their lives beyond our school.
Services
We offer a range of services catering to different age groups and interests. Kindergarten Karate is a special program designed for children aged 3 to 5, focusing on developing essential skills such as self-discipline, focus, concentration, listening skills, coordination, and teamwork. Our Kids Karate program, for children aged 5 and up, aims to improve their health and fitness while developing their character and training them in martial arts techniques. For adults, our Adult Martial Arts program helps them train their mind, body, and spirit while reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and learning self-defense techniques.
We also offer Aero Kickboxing, a high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with aerobic exercises, rated as the number one calorie burner by Muscle and Fitness Magazine. Additionally, our Birthday Parties are a great way for busy parents to celebrate their child's special day in a safe and fun environment, where they can learn basic martial arts moves and experience the thrill of being part of a real martial arts school.
Family-Oriented
At United Family Martial Arts, we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented school. We encourage our parents to take an active role in their child's development and offer special family rates to accommodate this. Our trained instructors are specialists in motivating and engaging kids, teaching them essential life skills, and helping them build strong relationships with their peers and instructors.
