My Background
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various clinical settings, including community mental health teams, private psychotherapy practices, hospital-based day and inpatient programs, and outpatient psychiatry services. My extensive experience has equipped me with a nuanced understanding of the complexities of human psychology and relationships, as well as a deep appreciation for the importance of cultural sensitivity and compassion.
As a registered clinical psychologist in the UK and a registered clinical counsellor in British Columbia, I have maintained a commitment to ongoing professional development and training, ensuring that my practice remains evidence-based and relevant to the changing needs of my clients.
