Our Team

At the Law Offices of Graciela D. Cubias, LL.B. Barrister, Solicitor, Notary, we're proud to have a diverse and experienced team of lawyers and administrative staff. Our administrative assistant, Crystal Gillingham, is a graduate of Durham College's Office Administration - Legal Program and has been with our office since 2013. Our real estate administrator, Diana Zelinski, has over 17 years of experience in the real estate field and has been with our office since 2016.

We have two convenient locations in Whitby and Apsley, Ontario, and are mobile, meaning we can come to you wherever you are. Whether you're in the GTA, Durham, Peterborough, or surrounding areas, we're committed to providing access to justice and expert legal representation.
