Safety Concerns

Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the safety protocols and procedures followed by Etro Construction. Aletta Marchand reported that the company engaged in high-pressure lead paint removal, resulting in contamination of her residence, place of business, and affecting her family. She also stated that the company failed to fulfill its commitment to compensate for the damages caused, despite assurances given. Another reviewer, Aletta Marchand again, reported that the company reintroduced lead waste to the cleaned site and abandoned the job, leaving residents once again exposed to lead. Similarly, Sean Dayment reported that the company pulled out of a contract mid-project to take on a more lucrative job, citing a lack of commitment.

Poor Customer Service

Reviewers have also reported poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from Etro Construction. Aletta Marchand reported that the company seemed to have little concern for safety, while Moet Nozaki-Lee stated that the company left behind numerous technical problems in their newly-built townhouse. Sean Dayment reported that the company abandoned their project without fulfilling their obligations, citing their prioritization of money over commitment.
