Lost Creek Golf Course Reviews
Course Experience
The course has been described as "really nice" and "very playable" by reviewers like Brent VanSlyke and Jillian A. Bona. Matt Godbout noted that it surpassed his expectations and was better than other courses he has played. The course has been well-maintained despite the dry summer, as mentioned by Jon Cyr.
Staff and Management
However, several reviewers had negative experiences with the staff and management. Eddie Hacala mentioned a new policy that does not offer refunds, only credits, which he found terrible. Susan Hunt and Collen Hatcher described the staff as rude and felt unwelcome.
Pricing and Value
Some reviewers, like Master B., Shannon Gotell, and Antoun Ribahi, felt that the course was overpriced and that the owners were greedy. Ian Douglas and Connor MacNamara were unhappy with the business practices and vowed not to return.
Overall Experience
Despite the positive feedback on the course itself, the negative experiences with staff and management have left a sour taste for many reviewers. It seems that while the course is well-maintained and enjoyable, the customer service and business practices are areas that need improvement.
