Plumbing
WaterSmart provides comprehensive plumbing services for residential properties. Our licensed Master Plumbers handle everything from faucet replacements to complete home renovations. We specialize in drain cleaning, toilet and tub repairs, and new installations for kitchens and bathrooms. With fully insured professionals and competitive rates, we offer free in-home estimates for all plumbing projects in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
Water Softener Installation
Our factory-trained technicians install high-efficiency water softeners with free basic setup included. We handle complete system replacements, including removing old units and programming new systems. Specialized installation techniques ensure optimal water efficiency, particularly for our Smart Series models. Professional installation preserves our comprehensive store warranty and prevents potential leaks or operational issues in your home's water system.
Reverse Osmosis Systems
WaterSmart installs Duro Reverse Osmosis systems that deliver purified drinking water by removing dissolved solids and impurities. Our technicians provide free basic installation with purchases and offer maintenance services including filter changes and membrane replacements. We help homeowners determine if RO systems are needed based on water quality testing and usage requirements in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
Iron Filters
We install iron filtration systems to address water quality issues from private wells. These systems remove iron that causes staining and unpleasant odors, typically installed before water softeners for comprehensive treatment. Our experts assess your specific water conditions to determine the appropriate filtration solution and ensure proper integration with existing water treatment systems.
Backflow Testing
WaterSmart provides certified backflow prevention services for commercial properties. Our registered technicians perform annual testing and maintenance required by municipalities for buildings supplied by municipal water. We handle installations, repairs, and regulatory compliance, submitting all necessary paperwork to ensure your commercial property meets local water safety requirements.
