Customer Experiences: A Mixed Bag
Efficient and Professional Service
- Rich Grof, who rated the service 5 stars, was extremely satisfied with the experience. He booked an appointment for windshield repairs and found the staff to be pleasant, efficient, and professional. The work was completed in about 30 minutes, and the office was COVID compliant. He plans to use them again for future repairs.
- Sars K., another 5-star reviewer, also had a positive experience, describing the glass installer as the best they've ever met. They found the service to be efficient and professional.
Communication Issues and Poor Quality of Work
- Sarah Vatnsdal, who gave a 1-star rating, had a less than ideal experience. She experienced poor communication with the staff, as they had to constantly phone them to get updates. Additionally, the staff used her bath mat to work on, which was not appreciated. The adhesive on the flap that kept the shower door and wall together came off, and it took some time to get them to fix it. Even after the repair, the shower still leaked, and it took more time to get them to look into the issue again. The staff eventually attributed the leak to the door's hinges, stating there was nothing they could do about it. Sarah felt that if they had been informed about this potential issue initially, she would have chosen a different door installation method.
