Founded in 2011, Inquiring Little Minds (ILM) stands as a leading childcare and education center in the Vancouver Island and Lower Mainland regions of British Columbia. We operate on the deep-rooted belief that early childhood experiences lay the foundation for a child's entire future.
Our Philosophy and Approach
At ILM, we embrace a holistic approach to early childhood development, underpinned by the principles of the Early Learning Framework (ELF) and informed by inquiry-based learning. We believe in fostering the emotional, independent, intellectual, physical, and social growth of every child in our care.
Our Services
Our comprehensive range of services cater to the diverse needs of families:
- Full and part-time childcare: Serving children from birth to 12 years.
- Resource programs for children with special needs
- Before and after school care: Supporting school-age children with their academic and social development.
Additional Support
We are also committed to fostering inclusivity and affordability. We collaborate with the Ministry of Children and Families to offer subsidized services to eligible families.
Our Team and Expertise
ILM is guided by a passionate and experienced founder, Alisha Neumann, who holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and a deep understanding of the field. Our dedicated team of qualified staff hold certifications recognized by the Early Childhood Education Registry of British Columbia and are committed to providing exceptional care and guidance to our young learners.
