Our Clinic
Our modern clinic at Nanaimo North Town Centre on Rutherford Road is designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our patients. Our dedicated nurses and medical office assistants are trained to provide courteous and kind care to our patients, and we request that our patients treat our staff with respect.
Our Services
We offer a blended schedule of telephone and in-office visits from Monday to Friday, by appointment only. Our team of experienced physicians provides a range of medical services, including general health checks, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. We also offer online booking and sign-up services for your convenience.

Patient Satisfaction with the Clinic's Services
The clinic's services were generally well-received by the patients. Some highlighted the caring and compassionate nature of the doctors, the friendly staff, and the inviting atmosphere of the clinic. For instance, Dr. Layton was described as the best doctor ever, with a patient expressing that he was kind, caring, compassionate, and dedicated. Another patient appreciated the new and fresh clinic environment and the impressive organization. Furthermore, the staff was praised for their politeness and helpfulness, with a patient mentioning that the receptionists were far better than before.
However, there were also several negative experiences reported by patients. One patient had a very unpleasant experience with the clinic's receptionist, describing them as unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. The same patient had to come back multiple times for tests that were not properly performed and hoped the clinic would be shut down. Another patient had a long wait time to talk to the receptionist, and no new patients were being accepted, leading to a lack of satisfaction.
Doctor's Behavior and Professionalism
The doctors' behavior and professionalism varied widely. Dr. Zanbilowicz was described as the kindest and most caring MD, and Dr. Jones was urged to retire due to his lack of care and professionalism. One patient had a very negative experience with Dr. Jones, who scolded them for being late and neglected their pain during an examination. On the other hand, Dr. Wilson was criticized for denying a patient a simple blood test and lecturing them about needing a doctor first.
Overall Experience and Recommendations
Overall, the clinic's services were well-received by some patients, who appreciated the caring nature of the doctors and the friendly staff. However, there were also several negative experiences reported, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of some doctors and the long wait times for appointments and to talk to the receptionist. The clinic needs to address these issues to improve patient satisfaction and ensure that all patients have a positive experience.
