Questions
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We're closed on statutory holidays and for one week in August and December for sanitation.
Do you accept subsidy payments?
Yes, we accept subsidized children. Parents must cover fees until government payments begin, and we provide necessary documentation for BC subsidy programs.
What happens if my child gets sick?
Children with fever (37.5°C+), diarrhea, vomiting, or eye infections must stay home. We ask parents to use discretion for minor illnesses to protect other children.
Are there late fees?
Yes, late fees apply after 5:30 PM: $15 for the first 10 minutes, then $1 per additional minute. Fees compensate staff for extended hours.
Can children bring personal toys?
We discourage outside toys to promote sharing, but allow security blankets or special comfort items that staff can store until nap time.
