Negative Experiences at Advent Health
Advent Health has received numerous negative reviews, with patients expressing poor service, mistreatment, and inadequate care. Patients have reported long wait times for food and medication, with some even having to purchase their own meals. There have been instances of rude and condescending staff, including an ER Nurse Practitioner who failed to treat the chief complaint and left patients feeling racially profiled. Additionally, patients have experienced poor communication and difficulty in getting calls returned by staff.
