At Amanda L. Hankins, MSW, T.S., we believe that suffering is a natural part of the human existence, and that it's through our struggles that we can grow and thrive. As a licensed social worker and psychotherapist, Amanda is dedicated to providing a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their mental health and well-being.

Our Approach

Our approach is holistic, focusing on social systems with an anti-oppressive framework. We believe in treating the whole person, including their environment, support systems, and overall wellness. Our goal is to create a unique space for each individual to explore their needs and be heard.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including individual and group therapy, workshops, and events. Our therapy sessions are experiential, dynamic, and emotionally focused, and we specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual and interpersonal trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, and medical trauma. We also work with adolescents, adults, and couples, and have extensive experience working with graduate students and professionals in the healthcare field.

About Amanda

Amanda L. Hankins, MSW, T.S. is a licensed social worker and psychotherapist with a master's degree in social work from the University of Central Florida. She has additional training in somatic psychotherapy, trauma-informed interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. With over six years of experience working in education, counseling, and program development, Amanda is passionate about creating a unique and supportive space for individuals to explore their mental health and well-being.
