As a registered psychologist and trained psychoanalyst, I have over thirty years of experience helping individuals navigate important life transitions and transformations. My focus is on development across the human lifespan, from adolescence to old age.

My Background

I completed my undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from Sir George Williams University and my Honours Psychology program at McGill University. I then earned my Master's degree in Developmental Psychology from Simon Fraser University and subsequently earned my Ph. D. in Applied/Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I am a certified Registered Psychologist in the province of Ontario and have over thirty years of experience working in various settings, including The Clarke Institute of Psychiatry and The Family Court Clinic.

My Approach

Throughout our lives, we experience change and growth, which can bring about disruptions and losses, achievements and successes, periods of bewilderment and despair, and times of good fortune and clarity. As a psychotherapist, I believe that consulting with a trained professional can be a valuable tool in the process of becoming fully ourselves. I work with individuals of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and couples, helping them navigate important life transitions and transformations.

My Services

I offer individual and couple therapy services, including psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. I also provide consultation and supervision services to clinicians and other professionals, particularly regarding lifespan developmental issues. My primary goal is to help individuals integrate adversity, accomplishments, and change across the human lifespan.

As a consultant, I provide training and guidance to clinicians and professionals working with individuals and families. My consulting services focus on lifespan developmental issues, helping professionals navigate complex cases and develop effective strategies for supporting clients.
