Review: Had E and S Heating come for service on my heat pump. They were very quick to assess what was causing the loss in efficiency of the unit and what was required to fix it. Juaning was very patient explaining what what was required now and what would most likely be required in the not too distant future due to the age of the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a company and Juaning as a technician for any service required on your systems.

Review: Ron came out in 2020 July to check out the space and suggested the right products for the square footage and aesthetic appeal. I had baseboards and upgraded to a Daikin mini split heat pump with 4 heads. His team arrived on time and did a super professional install which included an electrician and attic work due to my house being on a slab. Also his crew was fast and tidy.
No mess no muss no fuss. It's been exactly 1 year since install. Before the install I was using $187 in hydro per month without AC. I am now using $111 a month with AC/Heat plus a hot tub installed at the same time which is miraculous. It was the right product and size through the recent heat dome as I was actually chilly and had to use a blanket on the couch! You will not regret going with E&S.

Review: Extremely impressed by the professional service we just had from E & S Heating and Air Conditioning. Today we had Juaning, a service technician, come and take a look at our non-functioning heat pump system. This guy had the knowledge and tools to quickly diagnose the issues and resolved them in a very timely manner. His service was very professional and our AC is finally working again! I would not hesitate to recommend these folks if you have issues with your heating/cooling system. 5 star service for sure.

Review: Ed and Susan are the real deal! These guys are the epitome of customer service. Very considerate and they go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Had a late winter issue with our furnace and they were there right on time. He even ran back to the shop to track down a part for our obsolete furnace. And came back later to replace some wiring, and didn't charge us any extra!

Review: We had called E&S about our AC unit as it was blowing air but wasn't very cold. The first Tech came to the house and in less than an hour established what the problem was. He advised we needed a new coil and that it would take 3 weeks to come in, which was understandable as with COVID 19 lots of things are delayed. A couple weeks later I had called the office to check in and no one new if the part was ordered or not.
The next day I got a call back and they had ordered the part and would install it about 10 days later. The guy that came to install the new coil was super nice and seemed really knowledgeable. He said to my husband and I "You know this is almost the cost of a whole new system. right?' I was flabbergasted as we had no idea, we thought a coil was a few hundred bucks.but really didn't have a clue as that is not either of our professions.
He apologized that the first guy, nor the second phone call to the office, nor the lady scheduling the install appointment had advised us of the price. He also told us that we had refrigerant in the unit so at least that would save us approx $150. When we got our bilI, we were charged for the refrigerant anyway. Also we were charged $450 for labour which was fine except when they called to get the payment the lady on the phone wouldn't break down the labour, she just said "It's $450".
I also had emailed the office and let them know that in the future it would be nice to let people know upfront that it was such an expensive repair, but I got NO RESPONSE. We had used E&S at another property we owned and the service was great, seems that things may have gone downhill since then. MY ADVICE IS ASK UPFRONT HOW MUCH THINGS ARE AS THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WITHOUT ASKING AND YOU GET NO BREAK DOWN OF THINGS ON YOUR BILL. However, the unit is fixed and now works great.
