Hardtail Mountain Bikes
RSD Bikes' hardtail mountain bikes combine aggressive geometry with durable frame materials for technical trail performance. Our aluminum and steel frames feature adjustable geometry, short chainstays, and 27.5+/29 wheel compatibility. Designed for enduro riding, these bikes offer 140-150mm travel with optimized tire clearance up to 2.8 inches. The frames incorporate CNC-machined yokes and heat-treated tubing for strength-to-weight efficiency.
Custom Frame Builds
We offer custom bike builds with multiple configuration options including frame materials (chromoly, aluminum, titanium), fork travel (140-150mm), and component packages. Customers can choose between Deore, GX, or SX build kits with various wheel and tire combinations. Our builds include lifetime frame warranties and support for specific component upgrades within complete build packages.
Frame Sales
RSD Bikes sells frames separately with headset, dropouts, and axle hardware included. Available in chromoly, aluminum, and titanium options, frames feature 44mm head tubes, 12x148/157mm spacing, and internal dropper post routing. Each frame undergoes rigorous quality control and comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
