RSD Bikes, a Toronto-based company, has been passionately designing and manufacturing top-quality bicycles since 2012. Although we are a relatively young company, our roots in the industry can be traced back over 25 years. Our journey began with a simple fascination for hardtail mountain bikes, and since then, our ambitions and expertise have grown exponentially. We initially started RSD Bikes with a goal of turning our passion into a business venture. However, over time, our aspirations evolved, and we became determined to elevate the business of making frames to new heights.
In 2015, we took a significant step forward by partnering with some of the best Taiwanese fabricators in the industry. These fabricators have a proven track record of manufacturing for the top dogs in the bicycle business. This collaboration allowed us to completely redesign our flagship aluminum Mayor frame with custom hydroform tubing, yoke, and the introduction of the Sergeant plus-bike with the same high-quality frame features.
Simultaneously, we moved our steel and titanium frame manufacturing to a globally recognized preeminent factory, known for producing the finest handmade frames with unparalleled quality and precision. This facility enables us to source custom-butted tubes, apply heat treatment, and manufacture CNC-machined components and frame parts. With rigorous quality control checks at each stage of the process, we ensure that every frame meets our stringent quality standards. Despite our small size and scale of operations, we take immense pride in offering riders the best possible frames that we can produce, which are truly top-shelf.

At RSD Bikes, we design bicycles that we enjoy riding. Our rides mostly take place in Ontario, with occasional trips to the coastal mountains of BC. We embrace versatility in our bikes and don't adhere to strict labels for either the bikes or the riders. As a small company, we're nimble and can quickly apply customer feedback to our design process. Our online customer experience is a top priority, and we strive to answer your questions within hours, if not minutes, during the purchasing process.
We offer a wide range of bicycles, including the Middlechild V2 in Chromoly, Aluminum, and Titanium. The Sergeant V5 Aluminum, RS-291 Chromoly and Titanium, Wildcat (V3) 125 Aluminum, and Wildcat 150 Aluminum are also part of our diverse lineup.
