The Repair Process

Our repair process is designed to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs that meet the highest industry standards.

1. Appointment Scheduling: Start by scheduling an appointment with us. Our team will work with you to arrange an alternate mode of transportation while your vehicle is being serviced.

2. Check-In: Upon check-in, your vehicle is inspected for damage, and the appropriate paperwork is processed with you and your insurance provider.

3. Disassembly and Repair: Your vehicle is taken apart and inspected for additional damage. Once all damage is confirmed, we begin repairing your vehicle, including replacement and alignment of panels.

4. Refinishing: Once repairs are completed, your vehicle enters our refinishing stage. The Refinishing Technician will prime, sand, and paint your automobile.

5. Reassembly: During this stage, your vehicle is reassembled by our Body Technician. Wheel alignments and mechanical inspections are performed at this stage, and any necessary further repairs are conducted.

6. Quality Control and Delivery: Once body work is complete, your vehicle is fully assessed for quality control purposes, then vacuumed and washed. You will be contacted by a Pender Auto Body representative to arrange for pick up of your vehicle.
