Scam and Misrepresentation
The Computer Care Center has been accused of shady business practices by several customers. Remy D. writes that the shop "switched" a used laptop they were supposed to repair, and when he discovered the issue, they denied everything and eventually refunded his money. He also claims that the shop stole parts from his desktop PC, including his Blu-ray player. Moe Sallehi has a similar experience, where he paid the shop to fix multiple laptops, only for them to fail shortly after.
