Our gym, originally known as Monster Gym, has evolved and grown to better serve our members, and today, as Fitness 365, we're proud to offer a welcoming atmosphere that encourages regular attendance and results.
Our gym is open and fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you'll never have to alter your schedule to fit in a workout. We feature a wide variety of workout equipment and machines, including a jaw-dropping range of free-weights, so you can customize your workout regimen to suit your fitness level and goals. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve cardio health, or work with a personal trainer, we've got you covered.

Membership
At Fitness 365, we offer flexible membership options to suit your needs and budget, including drop-in, bi-weekly, and annual memberships. We also offer a 2-week trial for new members to try out the gym and see if it's the right fit. In order to start your 2-week trial, we require credit card or chequing account information on file. If you choose to continue with a membership after the trial period, no further action is required. However, if you do not wish to continue with a membership, please return your membership fob before the last day of your trial membership to avoid any charges.
