Appointment Policies
Appointments and surgical bookings at Catcare Veterinary Clinic are a reservation of our doctor and nurses' professional time, set aside solely for you and your cat. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to complete the check-in procedure. Late arrivals may result in a wait or the need for rescheduling. If you cannot make your appointment, we require one full business day notice by phone, allowing us to offer the appointment to another client. Less than 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show and may incur a cancellation fee.
