Range of Products
Our product range includes top-quality pita bread, naan bread, bagels, tortilla wraps, and baked goods. We are one of the largest suppliers of pita in Western Canada, with distribution throughout major grocery retailers. We also ship our products to customers across Western Canada and into the United States.
Quality Assurance
At Byblos Bakery, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. We have a certified Food Safety program under the supervision of our own certified Quality Assurance Manager. We are able to ship our products frozen to our customers for a cost-effective thaw and sell program.
Private Label Program
We also offer a private label program, where we can supply you with a high-quality product to fit your brand. Our bakery can produce a range of products, including pita, bagels, and tortilla wraps, in various sizes and formats to meet your specific needs.
Bagels
Our bagels are available in any format that suits your needs. We can provide you with high-quality bagels fully baked (thaw and sell), partially baked (par-baked), or frozen dough. Our bagel production lines can produce up to 12,000 bagels per hour.
Tortilla Production
Our tortilla production lines can produce up to 6,000 tortillas per hour. Our tortillas are made with the finest ingredients and are perfect for a wide range of applications, including tacos, burritos, and wraps.
