Poor Quality of Service
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the walk-in clinic's waiting times, staff attitude, and availability of services. Tran Iris, Chang Dk, Ruslan P., and Ryan Yee all reported long wait times without appointments, with some even canceling their agreements with family doctors due to the clinic's unavailability. Shotz Girl and Nicholas Valencia were dissatisfied with the receptionists' attitude, describing them as arrogant and rude.
Mixed Reviews
Ana Martinez and Noel Dimech, on the other hand, had positive experiences at the clinic. Ana Martinez praised the professionalism of the staff, while Noel Dimech credited Dr. Seligman with improving his quality of life after undergoing surgery. Disappointing Experience
Viet Huynh was disappointed with the clinic's walk-in services, which were not available on the day she visited. She found the lack of transparency on the website and at the clinic to be unacceptable.
