Warranty
At Cloverdale Auto Repair Center Ltd., we stand behind our workmanship and the materials we sell. Our warranty terms are 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever occurs first. Our warranty begins immediately following the service and repairs performed. We will replace faulty materials or render new services not exceeding the original amount charged. The warranty is non-transferable.

By using eco-friendly practices when doing all repairs and by keeping a safe and clean workplace, we are able to minimize our environmental footprint. We can arrange for the disposal of unwanted vehicles through a metal recycler or the Scrap It Program. We also recycle the following items:

We also accept loaner vehicles and offer a low-cost loaner program.

Negative Experiences
Overcharging and Deception
Jesse Goertson's mother was quoted $180 over the phone for an oil change, but was charged $380 for additional work she did not request. Anjali Borasi felt that the inspection process was misleading, and that they tried to find unnecessary repairs to increase the bill. Gunnar Byron was charged $3,000 for repairs that did not solve the issue with his vehicle.
Poor Workmanship
Anjali Borasi mentioned that the radiator cap was not properly secured, causing coolant to leak out and leading to further problems with her car.
