Customer Service Issues
Several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service they received at this clinic. They reported being treated rudely and dismissively by the receptionists, with one customer even being hung up on. The receptionists were unwilling to listen to their concerns or offer solutions, leading to frustration and disappointment.
Unprofessional Behavior
Customers have also reported unprofessional behavior from the clinic staff, including a condescending tone and a lack of empathy. One customer was told that they couldn't wait a few minutes for their appointment, and when they tried to explain, they were cut off and told that their appointment had been given to someone else.
