Our Services

We offer a range of counselling services designed to address the unique needs of adults and youth (16 and over) in Kamloops and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Men's Health: We understand the importance of addressing the specific challenges faced by men, including addiction, stress, and depression.
• Addiction Counselling: Our expert counsellor helps individuals overcome addiction by creating a new life where it is easier to stay sober.
• Relationships: We provide guidance and support for individuals navigating complex relationships, including separation and grief.
• Stress and Depression: Our counsellor helps individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms to manage stress and depression.
• Grief and Anxiety: We offer a supportive environment for individuals to process their emotions and work through grief and anxiety.

Our Approach

Our approach is centered around empowering individuals to take control of their lives and make positive changes. We believe that every person has the strength to overcome their challenges, and our role is to provide the guidance and support needed to unlock that strength. Our counsellor, Matt McLean, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with several years of experience working with adults and youth in the social services and counselling fields.
