Welcome to Southern Ontario Smoked Barbecue (SOSBBQ), a family-owned pit barbecue catering service with a passion for Southern Style smoked barbecue. With 15 years of experience cooking the finest BBQ, we are proud to bring our authentic Southern cooking to festivals, fairs, and special events.
We began our Pit BBQ adventure in 2007, and after opening our restaurant in 2011, we have come full circle. We are now back on the road with our smokers attached, traveling to local events to share our love for smoked meat with the community. At SOSBBQ, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients and cooking meat the traditional Southern way - through slow-smoking and heat circulation for several hours. This process not only cooks the meat thoroughly but also enhances its flavor, leaving you with a savory and delicious meal.
Our Services
SOSBBQ offers catering services for special occasions, corporate events, and festivals. We are committed to providing exceptional food and customer service, and our experienced team will work with you to customize a menu that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
Our catering menu includes pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, and ribs, all cooked the authentic Southern way. We can also work with you to create a custom menu that includes your favorite BBQ dishes. Our team will provide all the necessary equipment and staff to ensure your event runs smoothly.
In addition to catering, SOSBBQ can also be found at local festivals and events throughout the summer and fall. We invite you to come and visit us for great eats and a fun day. Our menu items are also available for individual purchase at these events.
