Our educators undergo a rigorous interview process and must meet our high standards, which include:
- Being registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Having a minimum of two years' experience working with children in Canada
- Being certified in Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C and WHMIS
- Having a valid Vulnerable Sector Screening
