Our counselling services provide individualized support for children, youth, and families facing mental health challenges. We offer one-on-one, family, and group sessions tailored to each client's needs. Our evidence-based approach helps clients develop coping strategies and improve emotional well-being.
Autism Social Skills Groups
These structured groups help children and adults with autism develop communication and social interaction skills through play and peer engagement. Using ABA principles, we teach turn-taking, sharing, and group routines. Sessions include homework and video modeling to reinforce learning outside the classroom.

This program supports youth struggling with mental health challenges that affect school attendance. We combine academic instruction with therapeutic interventions to build coping skills. Clients receive individualized education plans and family counselling to facilitate reintegration into regular classes.
Intensive Services
Our intensive home-based services provide flexible support for families dealing with severe mental health challenges. Available evenings and weekends, we offer parenting strategies, family therapy, and community resource connections. Services adapt to each family's unique needs and schedules.
