Our laser vision correction services, in affiliation with major laser eye centers, can help you achieve clear and comfortable vision. We also offer a wide selection of contact lenses, including soft, rigid gas permeable, daily, biweekly, monthly, or yearly replacement options, as well as toric lenses for astigmatism and bifocal lenses.

Direct Billing
At Newcastle Eye Care, we understand the importance of convenient and hassle-free payment options. We accept direct billing for patients with certain medical conditions or diseases affecting the eye, as well as for children 19 years or younger and adults 65 years or older. Our office is also affiliated with various insurance providers, including Blue Cross, Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, CINUP, Cowan, Desjardins, First Canadian, Group, Industrial Alliance, Greenshield, Johnston, Johnson Inc, Manion, Manulife, Maximum Benefit, and Sun Life.

Our office manager and student optician, Krista, is always happy to help you select the perfect frames and answer any questions you may have. Tracy, our administrative assistant, brings extensive experience in customer service and is always available to assist with scheduling and billing inquiries.
Our History
Newcastle Eye Care was founded in 2003 by Dr. Karl Lee and Dr. Nora Teo, who shared a vision of providing exceptional eye care services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. After moving to its current location in 2012, the practice has continued to grow and evolve, offering a wide range of services and products to meet the changing needs of our patients.
