A Fazel Architect is a Toronto-based architecture and interior design firm that has been providing design services in Canada since 1998. Our principal architects have over 40 years of domestic and international experience in industrial, commercial, residential, hotel/resort, education, and mixed-use design. We create designs that respond to both the needs of our clients and the natural or urban landscape for the site, developing projects that are context-specific, and creating landscapes that have a positive impact on the community. Our goal is to inspire the users of the project through innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Our commercial design services include office design and renovation, hospitality, retail and commercial spaces for mixed- and multiple-tenant use, and large-scale facilities with unique industrial needs for multi-national corporations. We have worked with clients from small businesses like Coco Rogue Chocolatier and Papa Guiseppe's Pizza to large-scale clients like Mars Canada, the Gap, and Molson Breweries.

*Hospitality*

We design and renovate restaurants, conference centers, and resorts that inspire the users of the project. We work closely with restaurant owners to help them grow and expand, creating exactly the kind of environment each restaurant owner craves, whether it is a bistro, a chocolatier, or family-owned pizza restaurant.

*Industrial & Institutional*

Our industrial and institutional design services include state-of-the-art facilities for Molson Brewery, a distribution centre for Gap/Old Navy Canada, automotive sales and services facilities, and recycling and manufacturing facilities. We have a breadth of experience meeting the unique demands of industrial design, and we have designed residential spaces and educational facilities including a private elementary school and graduate student residences here in Toronto.

Our residential and resort design and renovation services include designing homes and cottages that are thoroughly enjoyed by those who use the spaces. We have designed luxury four-season resorts in Ontario's Cottage Country, and we have extensive experience designing industrial and commercial spaces across Ontario.
