Our Mission

At Limitless Wellness, we believe that our role is not to fix our clients, but to support them in finding their own strength and resilience. We achieve this by fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where our clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our Services

Our therapists are trained and accredited professionals, in good standing with their appropriate regulatory bodies. We offer a variety of therapy services, including:

• Individual Counselling: Many of our clients come to us seeking support for personal issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns. Our individual counseling services provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

• Couples and Marriage Counselling: We understand that relationships can be complex and challenging. Our couples and marriage counseling services aim to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and resolve conflicts in a healthy and constructive way.

• Youth Counselling: Every child and teenager deserves to be heard and understood. Our youth counseling services provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.

• Online Counselling: With our online counseling services, distance or mobility issues should not prevent individuals from seeking the support they need. Our experienced therapists use video conferencing technology to provide convenient and accessible therapy sessions.

• Sarah Flynn RPC: With a passion for helping others and a caring, empathetic approach, Sarah has a deep understanding of the human experience and a wealth of knowledge to support her clients on their journey towards healing and growth.

• Laurie Schuerbeke BSW, RSW: Laurie brings her expertise in social work and counseling to our team, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for her clients.

• Tyler Haug RCC: With a strong passion for helping others and a wealth of experience in counseling, Tyler offers a unique perspective and approach to his clients.

• Ryan Tompkins BSW, MACP, RCC, Dr. CP (candidate): Ryan's expertise in clinical psychology and counseling provides a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and development, allowing him to effectively support his clients in achieving their goals.

• Trish Wolton, RPCc: Trish's extensive experience in counseling and education equips her to provide a supportive and informative environment for her clients.

• Chrissandra Unger, ALCM, RTC, MA: Chrissandra's expertise in counseling and education enables her to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for her clients.
