Festival Early Learning and Child Care Centres provide high-quality childcare services to children ages 12 weeks to 12 years at three non-for-profit licensed locations in west Winnipeg. Our centres offer a nurturing, caring, fun, and inclusive environment to foster children's growth and development. With three locations and a combined capacity of 280 children, we strive to provide exceptional care to each child.
