Who We Are

Welcome to Festival Early Learning and Child Care Centre, a not-for-profit licensed childcare centre located in three locations in west Winnipeg. Our centre has been providing high-quality care to children aged 12 weeks to 12 years since 1981. Over the years, we have evolved and grown as a centre, adapting to the changing needs of our community. We are committed to providing a nurturing, caring, and inclusive environment that fosters children's growth and development.

Our centres, Main Centre, Morgan Centre, and Buchanan Centre, offer a range of programs and services designed to meet the diverse needs of children. From our preschool programs to our school-age programs, we cater to children of all ages and backgrounds. We believe that every child is unique and has their own strengths and interests, and we strive to provide a environment that celebrates and supports these differences.

Our Services

At Festival Early Learning and Child Care Centre, we offer a diverse range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of children and families. Our programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and educational, and are led by qualified and experienced staff. Our services include:

Our Approach
